FOX 11 AMAZING AUDI GIVEAWAY Official Contest Rules NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. 1. HOW TO ENTER  a.)  The FOX 11 AMAZING AUDI GIVEAWAY with Good Day Wisconsin and Bergstrom Audi Appleton will begin on Monday, October 29, 2012 and end on Friday, November 9, 2012.  b.)  To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method(s): Watch Good Day Wisconsin every day October 29, 2012 through November 9, 2012. Write down all eleven key words of the day. The key words will be given out at multiple times during these episodes, but the keyword for a single episode will be the same (that is, the same word will be repeated multiple times within a single episode and there will not be different words within a single episode):  Monday, October 29, 2012 5:00am-9:00am  Tuesday, October 30, 2012 5:00am-9:00am  Wednesday, October 31, 2012 5:00am-9:00am  Thursday, November 1, 2012 5:00am-9:00am  Friday, November 2, 2012 5:00am-9:00am  Saturday, November 3, 2012 7:00am-9:00am  Monday, November 5, 2012 5:00am-9:00am  Tuesday, November 6, 2012 5:00am-9:00am  Wednesday, November 7, 2012 5:00am-9:00am  Thursday, November 8, 2012 5:00am-9:00am  Friday, November 9, 2012 5:00am-9:00am (There will be only one word given on the weekend version of Good Day Wisconsin Saturday, November 3, 2012) Follow one of the entry methods below to enter with the eleven key words, your name, telephone number, age, and address. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disqualified. There are four ways to enter the contest:  1)  By Mail - Individual entries (one entry per post card or standard/legal sized envelope with 11 keywords enclosed), postage prepaid, can be mailed to WLUK-TV, PO Box 11657, Green Bay, WI 54307. All entries must be received by 5:00 p.m.Thursday, November 15, 2012. Entries larger than post-cards, standard, or legal sized envelopes will be disqualified. There is no limit imposed on individual entries sent by mail - but each individual post card or envelope entry needs its own prepaid postage stamp. Envelopes mailed with multiple entries enclosed will be disqualified. 2)  At Dealership - Contestants can also enter by dropping off a post card, or standard or legal sized envelope with keywords enclosed at Bergstrom Audi Appleton, 3023 Victory Lane, Appleton, WI 54913 in the marked receptacle. Entries can only be dropped off during regular business hours and must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Thursday, November 15, 2012.  3)  Online -Contestants can also enter online at www.fox11online.com. Click on the Good Day Wisconsin page then click on the FOX 11 AMAZING AUDI GIVEAWAY icon and fill in the necessary forms. Deadline for online entries is 5:00 p.m. Thursday, November 15, 2012.  4)  Facebook - visit FOX 11’s Facebook page and click on the “Like” button to participate in the contest. Then click on the contest link on the top Facebook bar on the timeline. Existing FOX 11 Facebook followers can simply click on the contest link. Follow the instructions to complete your registration and entry. Previous users of WLUK FOX 11’s UPICKEM contest platform can use the same account login for this contest. Deadline for online entries is 5:00 p.m. Thursday, November 15, 2012. FOX 11 is not responsible for errors in your electronic submission, so please check your entry carefully before submitting. We cannot correct entries, once submitted. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Participant is providing information to WLUK and not to Facebook. By entering via this method, the user will hold harmless Facebook against any liability arising from such use. c.)  WLUK FOX 11 is not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, misdelivered, illegible, incomplete or late entries.  d.)  Contestants can enter multiple times, pursuant to the limits below.  - Only one entry per envelope or per postcard is permitted  - Only one entry per day can be dropped off at WLUK studios.  - Only one entry per day can be dropped off at Bergstrom Audi Appleton.  - Only one online entry permitted per email address. Users may refer the contest link to their friends via Facebook, Twitter, or email.  No robots, webcrawlers, or other automated methods permitted. 2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS  a.)  The contest is open to all WLUK FOX 11 viewers who are 21 years of age or older and who legally reside in the Green Bay Television designated market area. Employees of WLUK FOX 11, its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, participating sponsors/promotional partners (Bergstrom Audi Appleton and Bergstrom Corporate office employees), other television stations in the Green Bay Television designated market area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.  b.)  Only one qualifier per household is permitted in the FOX 11 AMAZING AUDI GIVEAWAY with Good Day Wisconsin and Bergstrom Audi Appleton contest.  c.)  All qualifiers must sign a participant release. 3. PRIZES  a.)  The grand prize is a 2013 Audi A4 2.0T quattro tiptronic valued at $38,048. The prize will be provided directly by Bergstrom Audi Appleton.  b.) 10 consolation prizes will be awarded. The consolation prize from Bergstrom automotive will be gift certificates valued at $200.00 each.  c.)  The grand prize will be picked up at Bergstrom Audi Appleton.  d.)  There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply. 4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION a.)  Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.  b.)  WLUK FOX 11 will select 11 qualifiers by random drawings on Monday, November 19, 2012, from the pool of all eligible entries. Qualifiers will be contacted by WLUK FOX11 and announced on Good Day Wisconsin at approximately 6:45am on Monday, November 19, 2012. The 11 qualifiers must sign a WLUK Guest Release and a Contest release and will appear live on Good Day Wisconsin Wednesday, November 21, 2012. If a qualifier fails to appear, they will be disqualified and the number of qualifiers will be reduced to account for such failure to appear. Each qualified and present qualifier will receive a key from Bergstrom Automotive. Only one key will start the grand prize Audi A4 described above. Consolation prizes described above will be awarded to the remaining qualifiers . A list of all qualifiers and our Grand Prize winner will be posted on www.fox11online.com. If no entries contain eleven correct words, then all entries will be entered in the random drawing.. Registering for the contest does not automatically qualify you for the drawing. An eligible entry must correctly include all 11 key words. The odds of winning vary depending upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within One (1) day of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen by random drawing of eligible entries. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. 5. CONDITIONS a.) Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.  b.) By participating in the contest, the qualifiers agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent.  c.) Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station or Sponsor in its sole discretion may require contest winner (and his/her travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.  d.) The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.  e.) Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.  f.) The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.  g.)
